Our experience in "Lean Manufacturing Principles" enables us to eliminate waste out of the process and keep a competitive edge in our market. We utilize SolidWorks CAD to produce detailed drawings and with our water jet cutting system, our steel fabrication department can cut complex shapes with incredible accuracy. One of our recently completed projects is a unique "Catch System" that will enable construction crews to work from a safe platform on a bridge re-decking. This project was produced using our state-of-the-art ABB Robotic Welding System. Due in September 2007 is a new our Robotic Fence Welding System which is capable of manufacturing steel picket fence sections automatically. We are certified in the following areas: - AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) Simple Bridge and Steel Structures - NPCA (National Precast Concrete Association) - Our metal fabrication is certified AWS D1.1 and D1.5 certifications - Our Quality Department holds ACI Level 1 (Concrete) and NDT Level 2 (Welding) certifications
